Bertram is super wiggly, goofball who aims to please. He has impeccable leash and house manners and never touches anything he's not supposed to. Bert is interested in whatever you're doing at home, following foster mom room to room to supervise. He is a quintessential hilarious bulldog boy that LOVES making new people friends, including kids, and socializing. Foster mom's favorite thing about Bertram are how he wiggles on his back when he wants his belly rub, waving his paws in the air beckoning her to pet.
