Pepper is happy go lucky dog, she loves people and gets very excitable. She was evaluated by Dog Behaviorist and was told she would make a great dog with some re-training and not to live with cats as they set off her aggression triggers. She stated Pepper is bulling the other dog and the fighting is for dominance and prey resourcing.
She stated Pepper must be removed from home and placed in a place that is a fitting environment for her breed and issues.
