Gumbo

Gumbo can be anxious at first but if given time to warm up to you on his own terms, he is a sweet boy who loves to cuddle and watch your favorite show on the couch or go outside and play. He walks well on a leash and knows his basic commands. He has done many a training programs to learn these commands but needs continued reinforcement. He is very food motivated and while he can get excited and is a jumper, that can be corrected by giving him a calm place to go when you have guests at your house. He would do best in a home with no kids until he is better socialized with them, and with someone who works from home or does not travel as much.
