Cardigan is a special puppy who joined ABR with a deformity in at least one of her front legs, which makes her walk a bit different than other dogs. She is playful, mischievous, and bossy, just like a normal puppy and doesn't seem to know she's different. Cardigan is not ready to be matched until she is able to see a specialty vet to determine what her longterm care looks like.
