Abraham

Abraham is a sweet, gentle old man who is looking for a soft place to land. He’s had a tough go of it for most of his life; one look into his eyes shows how relieved he is that those days are in the past. He does not hear or see well. As an older, arthritic pup, he isn’t up for a lot of activity. It’s all about cuddles, sleeping, and relaxing in the sun! Abraham gets along well with his ten year old, English Bulldog sister and with kids. He’s cooperative for baths and medicine. What would make Abraham the happiest is a quiet home with someone to lavish love on him and let him out when he needs to go outside. He likes chewing on toys and getting treats, but is mostly happy to sleep or just sit next to you. Having someone who works at home would be ideal for him. If you are looking for a companion who will be your friend, nudge you for pets, and fall asleep on you, then you and Abraham could be a perfect match!
